Compensation:
$120,000 to $130,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST or CST

Key Responsibilities of the Azure Data and Development Architect:
- Design and deliver enterprise Azure data architectures using services such as Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Event Hubs, Stream Analytics, and Azure Data Lake or Blob Storage
- Build and maintain ETL and ELT pipelines, data models, and SQL driven workflows that support operational systems and analytics initiatives
- Develop and integrate Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to improve business processes and data visibility
- Create automation and system integrations using PowerShell, APIs, Python, and VBA to reduce manual effort and improve reliability
- Establish governance, security, monitoring, and CI CD standards while collaborating across technical and business teams to support production systems
- Five or more years of experience in data engineering, cloud architecture, or software development with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure
- Hands on experience with Azure data services, strong SQL development skills, and a solid understanding of data modeling and performance optimization
- Proven experience building solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform and integrating Power Platform with Azure services
- Advanced scripting and programming skills using PowerShell and Python to support automation, application development, and data processing
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor engineering team members
