What are the responsibilities and job description for the F04 Fireguard - CONCERTS AND EVENTS - QNS, BKLN MANHATTAN position at CSS SECURITY?
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who possess a FDNY F04 certificate to provide concert/entertainment fire watch in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens.

All Applicants MUST:
- Have or be willing to obtain FDNY F04 certificate
- Be well-groomed and neat appearance
- Be able to communicate with people, being professional and courteous at all times
- Have a strong work ethic
- Be punctual and dependable
- Have reliable transportation or knowledge/use of the mass transit system
- Have flexible availability nights, weekends and holidays
- Have a working cell phone that accepts text messages
- Must meet and keep current all requirements set forth by any applicable state, city or local licensing bureaus.
Job Duties may include:
Fireguard, VIP access control, Backstage access control, crowd control, stage barricade, etc.
The physical and mental requirements of this job include the following: seeing, hearing, and speaking clearly. Being able to hold a fixed standing post for hours at a time (indoors or outside in various weather conditions), walk long distances and climb stairs without assistance.
Some overnights and daytime shifts available however; most of our shifts are in the evening. This is part time work with a focus on nights and weekends. If you are not available to work most nights and weekends, do not apply!
