Job Title: Office Manager


Job Overview:

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Office Manager to join our client to support daily office operations while contributing to essential human resources and administrative functions. This role serves as a central presence in the office, ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient day to day workflow. The Office Manager partners closely with internal teams to keep operations organized, employees supported, and processes running smoothly. This is a contract to hire, fully onsite position located in West Chester, PA.


Compensation:

$35 to $40 per hour


Work Schedule:

Five days per week onsite during normal business hours


Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

• Oversee front desk operations by welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, and maintaining a professional office presence

• Manage daily office logistics including meeting coordination, meal ordering, and anticipating operational needs

• Support human resources activities such as payroll processing, employee record maintenance, and internal reporting

• Assist with recruiting coordination by supporting candidate screening activities and scheduling interviews

• Maintain accurate data within the HRIS system and generate routine HR and operational reports


Qualifications and Skills for the Office Manager:

• Previous experience in an office management or combined office and HR support role

• Hands on experience with payroll processing and HRIS platforms, with TriNet experience preferred

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced onsite setting

• Professional communication skills with confidence interacting with senior leaders and external partners

• Proactive, adaptable, and service oriented approach with the ability to work independently
