At CSS Coin Inc., a family-owned coin and jewelry pawn shop established in 1976, we’re looking for individuals with at least two years of customer service or sales experience who are passionate about understanding and meeting customer needs. We’ll provide all the training you need to gain in-depth product knowledge and succeed as part of our dynamic, close-knit team.

About Us:
CSS Coin Inc. specializes in buying, selling, and offering short-term, collateral-based loans on coins and fine jewelry. We evaluate and appraise a wide range of items including:
- Gold, silver, platinum, and palladium
- Coins, currency, and bullion
- Diamonds, watches, and precious stones
- Gold nuggets, silverware, and broken or estate jewelry
We will provide you with all the training you need to become a coin and jewelry expert!
We operate Monday through Friday only — no late nights or weekends!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and warmth
- Evaluate coins and jewelry and explain our services clearly
- List inventory on platforms such as Etsy, Instagram, and eBay
- Handle POS purchases, returns, and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain a clean, efficient, and customer-focused store environment
- Deliver concierge-level service to build lasting customer relationships
- Help maintain inventory and merchandising organization
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
- Prior experience in jewelry, pawnbroking, or precious metals is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (bilingual a plus)
- Basic math and computer skills
- Friendly, energetic, and dependable personality
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent
