In-Field Role (Not Remote) | No Sales Experience Required

We Will Train You

Most sales jobs hand you a phone and a CRM and see who survives. We don't do that.

Every new rep goes through:

• A 12-week sales training program run weekly by an outside sales trainer, one-on-one via video.
• Xerox product training, self-paced, so you actually know what you're selling.
• Ride-alongs with our owner and our director of sales (who have 40 years of sales experience between them) until you're ready to run your own book.
• Weekly one-on-ones to talk development, hurdles, and training

You don't need to have sold anything before. You need to want to learn how.

Responsibilities

• Learn to prospect and develop new business throughout the Augusta/CSRA market.
• Make outbound calls, conduct in-person prospecting, and build your own referral network.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers and learn to understand their needs.
• Learn to conduct technology assessments and recommend solutions — copiers, printers, workflow, scanning, document security, managed print.
• Build proposals and manage opportunities from first contact through close, with support.
• Keep accurate activity and pipeline records in Salesforce.
• Build long-term customer relationships and work toward monthly/annual sales goals.

What the Job Actually Looks Like

• 3 days/week: cold calling: 15 non-customer calls per day.
• 2 days/week: in the office building proposals and taking care of existing customers.
• You can drop by customers in person while you're out cold-calling (it's not a phone-only role)
• This is a field role. You'll be on-site with customers around Augusta, North Augusta, Aiken, and the CSRA. You are not sitting at a desk or working from home.

Qualifications

• No sales experience required: we'll teach you the process and the product.
• Comfortable meeting new people and starting conversations with strangers.
• Strong work ethic and competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Coachable: willing to follow a process and take feedback.
• Background in retail, hospitality, athletics, fundraising, or other customer-facing/competitive environments is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

• Base salary: $50,000–$60,000
• Car allowance
• 15% commission on profit
• No company health insurance is offered
