Automotive PPF, Window Tint, Ceramic Coating

Overview
We are seeking a skilled PPF installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services, particularly installing paint protection film, vinyl, window tint, ceramic coating or detailing. This role requires attention to detail, vehicle knowledge, and the ability to work with others in close proximity. As an installer you will be responsible for vehicle prep (washing cars), using computers and plotters to cut vehicle specific templates and providing functional benefits through high-quality film application. Must be able to speak english and have a reliable form of transportation. Here at Performance Films we pride ourselves with ensuring every car gets the same amount of attention, wether its a Ford Explorer, Jeep Wrangler, Porsche 911 or Ferrari.

Duties

• Apply film to vehicles with precision and care, ensuring a flawless finish.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient flow of vehicles, prioritizing quality on every single car
• Perform vehicle prep for installation and repair tasks as needed
• Conduct vehicle maintenance checks and assist with detailing to maintain high-quality service standards.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• Previous dealership or shop experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in ppf install, window tinting, detail techniques
• Background in vehicle maintenance, assembly and detailing
• Keen sense for detail and highly motivated

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
