Your Role:
Perform Comprehensive Nutrition Assessments and interventions
Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in alignment with CMS and AHCA standards
Complete charting for initials, quarterlies, annuals, post-hospitalizations, High Risk and significant changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings
Conduct audits and lead QAPI initiatives
Offer telehealth consults and document using EMR systems
Qualifications:
Florida-licensed Registered Dietitian (or RD-Eligible with verification)
Experience in long-term care preferred not required - willing to train
Team-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills
Passionate about patient-centered, evidence-based care
