What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at Csquare?
The FP&A Manager will support driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting across Csquare. This role is responsible for site-level P&L compilation and analysis, dashboard development, preparing management presentations, and maintenance of financial models. The FP&A Manager will partner cross-functionally to provide accurate, timely, and data-driven insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile, validate, and analyze site-level P&Ls, identify trends, cost drivers, and performance insights.
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards that support executive decision-making.
- Maintain and improve financial models, including assumptions, logic, and automation.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare clear, concise explanations for leadership.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and financial alignment.
- Develop materials for executive leadership reviews, including detailed analysis and insights.
- Support operational capacity analysis and scenario planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business finance roles within the Data Center industry.
- Strong financial modeling expertise and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Multi‑site profitability analysis experience (data center or real estate industry preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial insights for non-financial audiences.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
