The Regional IT Analyst Lead is responsible for overseeing IT operations and support delivery across multiple plant and office locations within an assigned region. This role serves as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues while driving standardization, stability, and continuous improvement across all sites.
This position will require about 25% travel
The Regional IT Lead Analyst provides both technical leadership and operational governance, ensuring alignment with CSP’s IT strategy, security policies, and business objectives. This role partners closely with plant leadership, corporate IT teams, and external vendors to support manufacturing systems, end-user computing, and enterprise infrastructure.
This position is hands-on but also strategic—responsible for guiding local IT resources, executing regional initiatives, and ensuring reliable plant-floor and office IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day IT support across multiple plants and offices
- Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation for complex technical issues
- Ensure consistent service delivery and SLA performance
- Drive root cause analysis and long-term issue resolution
- Standardize IT processes, tools, and support models across sites
- Ensure uptime and reliability of plant systems (MES, traceability, shop floor technology)
- Support production-critical infrastructure and connectivity
- Oversee Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and network infrastructure
- Provide leadership and guidance to plant IT support staff
- Lead regional IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendors and partner with business stakeholders
- Support ISO 27001 and TISAX audit readiness
- Maintain documentation, standards, and compliance
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years of progressive IT experience in enterprise environments
- Strong experience supporting multi-site operations
- Manufacturing or plant IT experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate across teams
Technical Expertise
- Active Directory, Windows Server, endpoint management
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, identity, user management)
- Networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, routing)
- Hands-on troubleshooting across infrastructure stack
- Experience with MES / plant systems is a plus
