Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure all maintenance activities are appropriately carried out.
- Maintain and uphold all quality standards of the organization.
- Record all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintain cycle time.
- Evaluate team performance.
- Interact with other departments when necessary to ensure proper system function.
- Comply with all safety standards and regulations.
- Order materials when required.
- File purchase orders and other documentation as necessary.
- Delegate work to subordinates when necessary to ensure efficiency and timely completion of all tasks.
- Complete necessary documentation and file appropriately.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least eight years of maintenance experience with two years as supervisor.
- HS diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office - specifically MS Word and Excel.
- Flexible Schedule and able to work weekends or overtime when needed.
- Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic equipment issues.
- Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of all duties.
- Ability to recognize mechanical malfunctions and equipment failures.
