Position: Structural BIM Technician
Overview
CSP Engineering is seeking a Structural BIM Technician to support structural engineers with drafting, modeling, and construction document preparation for commercial and residential projects. The technician will produce structural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD and assist with coordination with architects and other consultants.
Responsibilities
- Create Revit structural models and construction drawings
- Produce plans, sections, details, and schedules
- Draft structural details based on engineer markups
- Prepare steel, concrete, wood, and foundation plans
- Coordinate structural models with architectural models
- Update drawings based on engineer comments
- Assist with as-built drawings and field revisions
- Maintain CSP Engineering detail library
- Convert redlines/sketches into finished drawings
- Export sheets for PDF and permit submittals
- Assist with quantity takeoffs and basic modeling tasks
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
