Are you compassionate, dependable, and looking for a rewarding career where your work truly matters? We’re seeking a caring Personal Support Worker to provide one-on-one support to an adult receiving Self-Directed Supports (SDS) services.
Location: Wisconsin
Pay: $16.32–$20.21 per hour
Hours: Approximately 33 hours per week
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 6:00 PM–7:00 PM
Weekends: 8:30 AM–2:30 PM and 6:00 PM–7:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
Assist with transfers using a mechanical lift (training available for the right candidate)
Provide medication reminders and assistance as directed
Apply creams and assist with oral care
Support range-of-motion exercises
Assist with personal care while promoting dignity and independence
Provide companionship and encouragement throughout the day
About the Member:
Enjoys artwork, card games, board games, shopping, and spending time with others
Communicates verbally and enjoys conversation
Uses a wheelchair and mechanical lift for transfers
Has some short-term memory challenges
Friendly dog in the home
Non-smoking household
