System Developer

We are seeking an experienced Systems Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level backend processing systems. The ideal candidate is an industry expert with extensive hands-on experience, capable of guiding teams and delivering high-quality solutions in complex environments.

Experience Level

Expert (7 years): -

A candidate with over 7 years of experience who can lead large teams, provide technical guidance, and demonstrate mastery in their field.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using Microsoft technologies.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient application logic.
• Develop secure and robust integrations using SOA principles, web services, APIs, and micro services architecture.
• Manage database-related tasks, including design, PL/SQL development, and performance optimization.
• Build and maintain responsive web applications using modern UI/UX technologies.
• Ensure application compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
• Participate in CI/CD workflow design and continuous improvement processes.
• Maintain applications containing sensitive healthcare data in compliance with HIPAA standards.

Required Skills & Experience: -

Technical Expertise: -

• 7 years of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop and maintain C# and/or ASP.NET applications for n-tier web deployment.
• 7 years of experience developing web applications using:
• HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS.
• 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle databases, including:
• PL/SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, triggers, indexes, table creation, and database design.
• 7 years of experience interpreting business requirements and implementing application logic to fulfill those requirements.
• 7 years of experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), including:
• Development of secure .NET web services using WCF
• SOAP/RESTful APIs
• Message and queue processing
• Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platforms
• Designing and implementing micro services

Additional Required Experience: -

• 3 years developing applications in compliance with WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines.
• 4 years working with MVC 5 or later frameworks.
• 2 years designing and implementing CI/CD workflows.
• 2 years developing and maintaining applications involving HIPAA PHI (Protected Health Information).
