Corporate Services Management (CSM) is an award winning specialized integrated facilities maintenance and cleaning services provider for large showcase Fortune 500 corporate headquarters and other complex commercial, industrial, and government properties. Headquartered in suburban Atlanta, Georgia, the Company provides services to large commercial accounts in and around the Atlanta airport.

Position Summary

CSM America is currently seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and janitorial projects as the need arises at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, floors, seats, surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans restrooms and replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Dusts furniture and equipment (offices and conference rooms).
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

Shift Hours

1^st Shift-6:30am-3pm

2nd Shift-2:30pm-11pm

3rd Shift-10:30PM-7AM

Minimum age requirement: 18 years of age and up

Working days: Normally set schedule of 5 days on with 2 days off (subject to change)

No Cleaning Experience Required!!!

 Full-time hours and Weekly pay.

• Ability to follow instructions and verbal directions.
• Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team.
• Ability to walk entire shift.
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to adapt to changing attendance schedules or routines.
• Pay attention to detail when cleaning.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds, as necessary.
• MUST BE ABLE to work weekends and occasional holidays.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours on hard and uneven surfaces.
• Repetitive motion with hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary.
• Ability to bend, carry, climb, push, pull, stoop, squat, twist and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Use of chemicals for cleaning and maintenance of facilities is required.
• Ability to work with little supervision at a rapid work pace for extended shifts of 10 hours or more.
