Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, located in State College, PA. The nurse will provide exceptional care to patients, monitor and document patient health conditions, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal healthcare delivery. The role also involves patient education and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Competence in patient care, including monitoring, assessment, and intervention
- Proficiency in administering medications, treatments, and handling medical equipment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical documentation standards
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in Pennsylvania
- BLS and/or ACLS certification is required
- Prior nursing experience in biopharma, healthcare, or a related field is a plus
- Commitment to patient-centered care, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
