- Responsible for leadership and development of research employees at relevant R&D locations
- Contributes to the design and implementation of functional / discipline relevant strategy aimed at discovery, development and manufacture of new products as well as improvements to existing products
- Responsible for directing implementation of activities related to the discovery, development and manufacture of new products, as well as for the improvement of existing products.
- Provides technical reports and advice to senior management.
- PhD in relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years industry experience or equivalent experience in relevant academic environment – scientific and people leadership
- Proven experience leading cross-functional, multicultural and international research and development teams.
- Excellent communication skills (English language)
