Main Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Support the identification, design, and documentation of AI and automation use cases across business functions
- Assist in building and testing automation workflows (e.g., Power Automate, RPA, low‑code/no‑code tools).
- Contribute to AI experiments and prototypes, such as chatbots, document processing, analytics, or generative AI use cases
- Help analyze process data to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, or user experience improvements.
- Create clear documentation, process maps, and presentations to support stakeholder communication.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, automation, or data concepts.
- Comfort working with data, technology tools, and structured processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
