What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Director position at CSL Plasma?
About the Role
The Center Manager reports to the Associate Director Operations (ADO). The Key Responsibilities include overall authority for center operations, production goals, and monitor net yields. You will implement improvement plans, monitor donor retention, ensure efficient donor flow, and implement donor retention improvement and corrective action plans. Ensure compliance with all Company SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Financial Oversight
You will manage all aspects of financial oversight, including setting annual budget, ensuring the center meets monthly financial targets, and ongoing cash management goals. You will also observe cash management and financial reporting.
Quality Compliance
You will oversee overall center quality compliance by ensuring the business is inspection ready. Meet with QA to include regulatory and customer requirements to ensure the purity and efficacy of the plasma and the safety of donors and employees.
Audit Preparation
Communicate any quality concerns or issues to Associate Director of Operations. Participate during all audits with quality personnel and Quality team to develop corrective action plans to address any areas of deficiency noted during audits.
Leadership and HR
FOLLOW ALL HSE AND OSHA PROCEDURES. ENSURE THE CENTER AND ALL EMPLOYEES COMPLY WITH OSHA REGULATIONS AND TRAINING. CONDUCT RECRUITMENT, TRAINING, COUNSELING, AND TERMINATION. MANAGE EMPLOYEE TURNOVER WITHIN CENTER OPERATIONS.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred OR equivalent combination of education and professional work experience (4 years minimum) required
- Minimum 2 years of management experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others
Compensation and Benefits
The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $83,200 - $93,600. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors. In addition to base salary, total compensation for this role may also include incentive compensation and equity.
