Job Opportunity
The position of Center Manager's alternate requires ultimate responsibility for all center operations, encompassing production, quality compliance, finance, HR and IT, in the absence of the manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to maintain center quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the center manager to ensure quality compliance by meeting company, regulatory, and customer requirements for plasma purity and donor/employee safety.
- Work with quality personnel and the QA team to develop corrective action plans addressing areas of deficiency noted during audits.
- Maintain OSHA regulation compliance and training, as well as complete all OSHA record keeping and reporting.
- Oversee employee recruitment, training, counseling, and termination, including corrective action programs.
- Sustain compliance by following HR policies, treating all employees fairly.
- Support the center's marketing and advertising efforts.
Working Conditions
You may spend approximately 80% of your time standing/walking and occasionally lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs. You may also work with hazardous chemicals, be exposed to extreme temperatures, and bloodborne pathogens.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and professional work experience required.
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience overseeing a team or others' activities.
