Behavioral Health Case Manager
We are seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Case Manager to join our team at the CSKT Tribal Health Department.
The successful applicant will have experience providing customer service or support, case management, or advocacy in a medical, behavioral health, or community health setting. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse populations.
The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, and for Level One: a high school diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET) and two years of experience in a related field. For Level Two: an associate's degree and one year of experience. For Level Three: a bachelor's degree (Social Work, Psychology, Public Health preferred) and one year of experience.
All applicants must submit a tribal application, academic transcripts, certifications, proof of state licensure, and a copy of their valid driver's license. If claiming tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized tribe is required. If claiming veterans preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted.
This position is not a testing designated position within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six-month probationary period.
- Level 1: $19.29 - $22.17 per hour
- Level 2: $24.46 - $28.11 per hour
- Level 3: $25.73 - $29.57 per hour
