Hydrologist I - II - III
The Confederated Salish & Kootenai Tribes are seeking a Hydrologist to join our collaborative team.
About the Position:
This is an excellent opportunity for water professionals who excel at developing solutions to water resource challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement solutions to water resource challenges.
- Conduct research and analysis in surface and groundwater hydrology.
- Collect and manage data related to water resources.
- Apply mathematical principles to solve water resources problems.
Requirements:
- Masters of Science or Bachelors of Science degree in hydrologic sciences, engineering, agricultural sciences, soil science, or a closely related field.
- Relevant professional-level experience, including:
- Hydrologist I: Bachelors of Science with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Hydrologist II: Masters of Science or Bachelors of Science with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Hydrologist III: Masters of Science with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Considerable knowledge in surface water hydrology, groundwater hydrology, and practical applications.
- Valid driver's license.
