What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal position at CSK?
The West Palm Beach Office of Cole Scott & Kissane, an AV rated litigation firm is HIRING! Are you an experienced litigation paralegal looking to join a company who is growing? Do you want to make a difference? We are seeking a full time, experienced paralegal for its West Palm Beach office. All candidates must have 3 recent years working for a law firm working on insurance defense cases. Candidates should be organized, self-starters with proven experience in recording/capturing billable time compliant with client guidelines.
This paralegal position will require someone with experience in the preparation of discovery responses and objections, summarization of medical and other types of records, ability to assist with large document production, utilize Adobe Pro for electronic production issues, trial preparation and other such litigation paralegal tasks. Preference for FRP, NALA or CP.
The ability to be a dynamic multi-tasker is essential for this position, as is the ability to remain a calm and supportive leader within the team. If you can think outside the box, work well under pressure, have good common sense, excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude this is the fit for you!
