The law firm of Cole, Scott & Kissane is seeking an experienced Office Services member. All applicants should have at least one year of experience working in an office setting, work well with others, learn different computer programs. be professional, dependable and excited to learn. Job duties include but are not limited to, processing incoming mail and faxes, scanning, copy systems training, stock printers daily, handle all print jobs, inventory control of both office and kitchen supplies. Stock and order/maintain all supplies, set up and break down for events in office, be flexible on duties and willing to learn new tasks.
