Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have significant experience in bodily injury defense and demonstrate strong professionalism and the ability to work independently.
Essential Skills & Responsibilities:
- Preparing discovery responses and objections
- Summarizing medical records and other key documents
- Drafting detailed medical chronologies
- Assisting with large document productions
- Utilizing Adobe/Abbyy for electronic document production
- Performing various litigation paralegal tasks
- Accurately capturing and billing time in accordance with client guidelines
Qualifications:
Only candidates who meet the following criteria should apply:
- Certified Paralegal (through a formal paralegal program, NALA, or a Florida Registered Paralegal)
- Extensive experience in defense litigation, particularly in the practice areas listed above
