We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join CSK. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities

Draft, review, and prepare pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and other legal documents.

Assist in the preparation of cases for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial.

Manage case files and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in electronic and physical formats.

Track deadlines and ensure timely filings in compliance with court rules.

Coordinate with clients, experts, witnesses, and court personnel.

Conduct factual and legal research as needed.

Support attorneys with trial exhibits, witness binders, and case strategy preparation.
Qualifications

Previous experience as a paralegal in insurance defense and/or commercial litigation.

Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures.

Proficiency with case management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic filing systems.

Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.
