**Youth Development Coordinator**

The Center for Schools & Communities (CSC), a statewide education, training and technical assistance organization, is seeking qualified candidates for Youth Development Coordinator.
This position has primary responsibility for the development and implementation of training and technical assistance to statewide youth development projects including 21st Century Community Learning Centers, Migrant Education Program, Homeless Education (PA ECYEH), Foster Care, ELECT and other related projects. The coordinator will be responsible for technical assistance, site visits, coordination of training and resource development and information gathering to assist schools and other organizations in the provision of quality services to children and families.
Responsibilities Include
This full-time position follows a regular Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week) work schedule with the opportunity to allow a hybrid work schedule consisting of three (3) days in-office work at the Center for Schools and Communities office located in Camp Hill, PA location and two (2) days telework from home and/or approved off-site locations. In addition, face-to-face interaction with clients, meetings and trainings may be required on days deemed as teleworking days. Certain requirements, based upon CSIU telework policy and administrative regulations, must be met. The CSIU has the right to cancel or suspend the employee teleworking privileges at any time, for any or no reason due to the requirement of the CSIU and client needs.

Education, Experience And Skills Required
- Minimum requirements are a Bachelor's degree in education or in a related area and five (5) years related work experience preferred.
- Excellent research skills, utilizing the internet as well as print and other sources.
- Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills.
- General understanding of program evaluation methodologies, data analysis and the ability to use data for decision support purposes in the development and delivery of educational programs.
- Understanding of adult theories of learning and organizational training, as well as experience in developing training.
- Excellent verbal skills, including excellent public speaking skills and experience.
- Excellent writing skills, including experience in writing for professional publications including resource and research articles, grants, web newsletters and correspondence.
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple activities.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients both internal and external.
- Experience in program planning and development.
- Experience with work involving children, adolescents and families.
- Computer skills required, such as proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook and Teams), Zoom, G Suite, and other tools for collaborative working.
- Proficiency in utilizing vetted artificial intelligence (AI) is preferred. The ability to enhance AI skills will be required
