Description of Position:
This position will confirm compliance with HUD, state and local requirements for our 7 Massachusetts senior housing communities. As the finest non-profit cooperative development and property management company in the United States, our priority is our members. As our Regional Program Compliance Manager, you will work with fellow staff members to achieve all compliance requirements and ensure timely leasing of all units and maintenance of subsidy for the units. You will supervise the Certification Manager and the Waiting List Manager.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Auditing EIV records
- Coordinate filling of set aside units
- Conducting Leasing audits
- Auditing Certification files
- Stepping into a certification and waiting list roles, when needed
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience working with HUD subsidized properties and the EIV system
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Proficiency is Microsoft Office Products needed
- Knowledge of Yardi Software, preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to visit properties
- Ability to speak a second language preferred. Spanish, Haitian Creole, Chinese
