CSI Sports owns and operates Fight Sports®, one of the fastest-growing unwired sports networks in the country. Our national network partners, with 27 top Regional Sports Networks (RSN’s). We syndicate our premium combat sports content (Boxing, MMA, Kickboxing, Martial Arts, Grand Sumo Wrestling) to over 75 million homes nationwide. Additionally, our satellite distribution on DISH & DirecTV enables us to cover over 90% of the U.S.


We’re seeking a dynamic and driven individual with 2–3 years of experience to join our National Sales team in a key role with strong potential for growth. This position involves both supporting existing client relationships and actively developing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to immerse themselves in all aspects of Sales. If you’re passionate about the Media and Entertainment Industry and ready to take your next big step, we’d love to give you the platform to shine.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the National Sales Manager to support all stages of the sales cycle, including setting up meetings, researching leads, preparing sales decks, and following up on opportunities
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities with a hunter mentality
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing excellent support and follow-through
  • Compile and update Nielsen ratings data and other relevant metrics; create sales presentations and reports to support Sales Executives
  • Utilize lead generation software to research and engage with potential clients via phone and email
  • Manage and update internal databases, sales trackers, and reporting tools
  • Assist in creating visually appealing sales materials using tools like Excel and Photoshop
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy of materials and timely delivery of client requests
  • This is a fully in-office position; remote work is not available


Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in cable ad sales or a related field
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Proven team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; working knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
  • Experience with Nielsen data and presentation creation is strongly preferred
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems
  • Background in research or media analytics is a plus
  • A passion for sports is a bonus and will help with client alignment
  • BS or BA in related field of studies


Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Benefits: Eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; paid time off and sick leave.

Additional Compensation: This position may be eligible for discretionary bonuses based on individual and company performance.

Salary : $50,000 - $100,000
