Legal Supervisor

Working in a fast-paced environment, this role plays a critical role in managing a team of legal assistants and directing the work to ensure timely drafting and delivery of contracts and other legal documents for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee contract administration processes, including intake, tracking key dates, signature management, and document retention.
- Assigning and monitoring contract work to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Monitor deadlines and review work product where needed, providing corrections and hands on continued training to legal assistants
- Stay knowledgeable about changes to procedures internally and communicate these changes to the team;
- Onboard and train new legal assistants on job skills and requirements
- Act as first contact for any questions related to the legal assistant role
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education & experience – Associate’s degree, paralegal certificate or the equivalent required. At least six years of progressively responsible experience in a legal department or similar department with at least one year of supervisory or lead responsibility.
Computer skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at a time.
