What to expect in this role on a given day:
- Assist in all administrative and operations areas for U.S.-generated global accounts
- Maintain reporting and documents to track existing global accounts\Facilitate communication with international subsidiaries to coordinate ongoing management of global accounts, including tracking documents out for signature, approval, PO’s, etc.
- Work directly with CSI teams located in Europe, Latin America, and Asia to provide customer and team support
You will be a good fit for this position if you:
- Are currently working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, or International Business
- Are interested in working in a global environment
- Have experience with Microsoft Office and proficient in Excel
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, English proficiency required
- Are detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects
- Maintain a positive attitude, upbeat, flexible and adaptable
- Consider yourself to be a self-starter who works well with minimal supervision
- Are culturally sensitive and comfortable interacting with all levels of staff, management, and customers
