The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for driving strategic partnerships, market expansion, and revenue-generating opportunities across the organization.
This executive role focuses on identifying high-impact growth opportunities, building strategic alliances, and scaling the company’s presence across key markets and segments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnerships
Identify, develop, and manage high-value strategic partnerships.
Build long-term relationships with institutional clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Structure and negotiate complex partnership agreements.
2. Market Expansion
Lead entry into new markets, regions, and customer segments.
Develop go-to-market strategies and expansion roadmaps.
Identify emerging opportunities in global markets.
3. Revenue Growth
Drive new revenue streams through partnerships and collaborations.
Support sales efforts by opening strategic channels and opportunities.
Contribute to revenue targets and commercial strategy.
4. Deal Structuring & Negotiation
Lead high-stakes negotiations and commercial agreements.
Structure deals that maximize long-term value and scalability.
Ensure alignment with financial and strategic objectives.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product, marketing, and legal teams.
Align partnership initiatives with product capabilities and roadmap.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
18 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy roles.
Proven track record in building and scaling strategic partnerships.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree.
Experience in fintech, crypto, financial services, or technology platforms.
Strong global network (institutional clients, partners, or investors).
Experience in high-growth or international expansion environments.
