Job Description:
The HR Coordinator will be the human resources function for our operations, focusing on talent management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as the ability to implement HR strategies that support business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the entire onboarding process for new hires, including conducting background checks, enrolling employees in payroll systems, and coordinating exit procedures for departing staff.
Payroll & Benefits Management: Oversee payroll enrollment and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Time Card Collection: Collect and verify employee time cards, ensuring accuracy for payroll processing. Address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Holiday Policy Management: Implement and manage the company’s holiday policies, ensuring clear communication and adherence across all teams.
Human Resources Management: Support the HR function by maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and addressing employee relations issues as needed.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all operations comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Maintain thorough documentation of all operational processes and employee records.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in all areas of responsibility and work to implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in operations management, with a strong focus on HR, payroll, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong experience in Employee Engagement or HRBP
- Experience with data driving and filing
- Strong Experience in Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
