• Experienced in managing a team
• Apt at technical work

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Work well with internal and international divisions to complete projects accurately
• Understand the project viability prior to start of project and track the progress
• Work closely & professionally with clients to determine project scope and schedule
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including stage process, job cost, over-runs, indictments, and variances.
• Prepare project reports (schedule, budget, safety, and current open issues)
• Provide timing estimates, prepare parts, and track POs independently while monitoring projects, tracking parts & quotes, etc.
• Monitor and coordinate engineer site visits and responses to contractor inquiries
• Provide installation support on-site when needed
• Validate project progress against approved schedule of values
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Oversee/ensure quality control program procedures adhere to the program plans
• Report and escalate any project goal deviations
• Manage domestic projects
• Coordinate/train/develop subordinates
• Assist Management in implementing target goals
• Develop and maintain a functional command of CSI standards
• Lead daily group discussions/alignment of resources and coordinate problem solving
• Attend weekly domestic project meetings to stay abreast on project activity
• Responsible for the strict adherence to safety standards by all members. May serve as a safety trainer.
• Manage the development, execution and follow-up for all projects and oversee projects from concept to completion
• Provide teams with onsite and in-house support during projects from start to finish with minimal management support
• Improve current processes/develop new ones to maintain a productive department
• Attend weekly global meetings to maintain global alignment
• Co-ordinates global meetings, including agendas, notes, interpretation, translation, and minutes, and is able to translate the information, if needed, between English and Japanese or Japanese to English
• Ensure that all projects are completed on-time, within scope and within budget
• Perform risk-management analysis to minimize and mitigate risks
• Organize and Manage the international Manpower: able to support members on all levels, including border entry, Logistics, lodging, transportation, and Language support

Experience:

• Project Management: 3 years (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Language:

• Japanese and English (Required)

Pay: $28.00 - $52.00 per hour
