Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our growing firm. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to kickstart their marketing career with hands-on experience in many areas of marketing. This position also has the opportunity for long-term growth. The Marketing Assistant supports the Senior Marketing Specialist and the marketing team for CSI Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate and support the marketing team with content creation for various channels: social media, website,
blog, email marketing, and others.
- Support in the management of the firm’s HubSpot CRM, including maintaining hygiene and light reporting.
- Graphic design of various collateral and branded assets.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Own the day-to-day management of social media channels.
- Reputation management/PR: Maintain
accurate business listings across platforms such as Google Maps, Apple Maps, Yelp, and other key directories
- Support the marketing team with general administrative and project coordination tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 1 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred) or Canva.
- Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing, and social media management strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of how to leverage AI for content creation and process enhancement.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing reports and make informed recommendations.
- Familiarity with digital strategy, drag-and-drop web/email layout builders, and/or video content creation is a plus.
