Who You Are
You are an organized, proactive professional who thrives in complex industrial project environments and enjoys solving coordination challenges on fast-moving construction sites.
You have:
- 3 years of experience in project coordination, construction management, equipment installation, or similar industrial settings
- Experience working in manufacturing, heavy industry, steel, construction, or capital equipment projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to interface effectively with engineering teams, equipment suppliers, and construction contractors
- Japanese language ability preferred but not required
- A bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not required)
What You’ll Do
You will support CSI’s client on-site at major U.S. industrial facilities, coordinating construction activities, equipment installations, vendor interface, and schedule management.
This includes:
- Acting as the interface between client engineering teams, external engineering firms, equipment manufacturers, and construction contractors
- Supporting day-to-day construction and installation activities, including schedule tracking, contractor coordination, and issue escalation
- Managing meeting updates, KPI reporting, and milestone progress tracking
- Identifying risks and communicating delays or roadblocks early
- Ensuring adherence to plant safety standards
- Providing daily visibility to client management on project status
- Supporting communication between U.S. and Japan-based stakeholders

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
