Who You Are
You are a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant with strong business judgment. You understand how executive priorities translate into operational action, and you excel at managing complexity, ambiguity, and competing demands.
You have:
· 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional
· Strong business acumen and discretion when handling confidential information
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Fluency in English; Japanese language skills preferred
· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
What You’ll Do
Travel expected: 10–25% based on organizational needs.
· Serve as liaison between executive leadership and internal stakeholders
· Coordinate executive communications, meetings, and follow-ups across divisions
· Track action items, deadlines, and key deliverables to ensure accountability
· Prepare reports, summaries, and executive briefing materials
· Support cross-functional initiatives through research, data gathering, and analysis
· Assist with documentation and development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
· Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

We also support cross-cultural teamwork through Japanese/English interpretation, translation, and other business services.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
