The Project Engineer is critical to CSI Construction’s Multifamily Division and involves supporting the management and oversight of projects throughout Denver. Working within a close-knit project team, you will get dedicated training and extensive exposure to how large ground-up multifamily projects are delivered. The company has a substantial backlog of projects in Colorado and you will have clear opportunity for career advancement.
Candidate Skills, Experience and Background
- Must have worked on and been a part of at least (1) Ground-Up Multifamily project (Podium, Wrap, Garden Style).
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proactive, accountable, self-motivated, and always operate with integrity.
- Must be technically minded, process driven, and have an understanding of the scopes/trades involved in a multifamily construction project.
- Must be experienced and comfortable overseeing project administration such as RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Subcontractor management etc.
- Must be tech-savvy and be easily trained on software. Procore and Bluebeam experience is desirable but not essential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Up to $100,000
- Annual Bonus and Project Milestone Bonuses
- 401(k): Match 50% of the Employee’s first 4% contributed
