Key Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site construction activities from ground-up through project completion
- Manage and coordinate superintendents, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Maintain quality control and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and local codes
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, architects, and ownership
- Conduct subcontractor meetings and maintain clear communication across teams
- Identify and proactively resolve field issues to avoid delays
- Monitor productivity and implement cost-control measures
- Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience with significant focus on multi-family ground-up projects
- Strong commercial construction background required
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects ($20M preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction management software preferred
