What You’ll Do
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments between customers and field technicians.
- Dispatch technicians strategically based on skill set, location, and availability to ensure timely response and efficiency.
- Act as the main communication link between customers, technicians, and internal departments to keep everyone informed and aligned.
- Track and manage work orders, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor ongoing service jobs and follow up proactively to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and prompt communication.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation in CSI’s internal system.
- Collaborate with warranty, accounting, and operations teams to resolve service-related questions and ensure smooth workflow.
- Support reporting, payroll, billing, and administrative tasks as needed to keep the department operating seamlessly.
What You’ll Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- 2 years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or administrative support
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a friendly, customer-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with scheduling or dispatch software a plus
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to remain calm and organized under pressure
