Duties
- General Cleaning: Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and sweep or mop hard floors in all assigned rooms.
- Kitchen & Bathrooms: Scrub and sanitize showers, tubs, sinks, and toilets; wipe down counters, cabinets, and exterior appliances.
- Waste & Upkeep: Empty trash cans, replace liners, change bed linens, and restock basic room or bathroom supplies
Qualifications
- Physical Strength: Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 25–30 pounds for long periods.
- Reliability: Punctual, trustworthy, and able to follow specific client instructions or cleaning checklists.
- Experience: Prior professional cleaning experience or knowledge of safe chemical handling is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License, background check, and drug screening is required!
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: Guaranteed $12.00 per hour.
- Commission Option: Commission-based pay per job if it exceeds your hourly earnings.
- Performance Guarantee: You will automatically receive whichever payout is higher for your pay period.
- Earning Potential: Experienced cleaners typically average around $15.00 per hour with commissions.
Work Schedule
- Days: Monday through Friday.
- Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Weekends: None unless you volunteer for any specialty cleanings that may come in.
Pay: $12.00 per hour
