We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to take full, cradle-to-grave ownership of major energy infrastructure projects in the Gary, Indiana region. Reporting directly to the Project Executive, this role demands a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for mentoring and developing professional teams.

Full Lifecycle Management: Lead projects seamlessly from qualification, estimating, and pre-construction planning through mobilization, field execution, and financial closeout.

Key Requirements:
- 8 years of total related experience
- 5 years explicitly at the Project Manager level executing heavy electrical construction or related utility/infrastructure activities.
- 2 years of experience directly managing professional staff (e.g., APMs, Project Engineers, or Project Managers).
