Senior Project Manager - Electrical

CSG are delighted to be working with a well-established contractor delivering major electrical and civil infrastructure projects across the New York metro area. Due to continued project awards, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-value work from preconstruction through closeout.

You will take full ownership of large-scale projects, overseeing planning, execution, financial performance, and team leadership while acting as the primary client-facing lead.

• Lead the full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and closeout

• Manage project teams, field operations, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, progress tracking, and reporting

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

• Drive cost control, risk management, and margin performance

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

• Support procurement and contract administration activities
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

• 10 years' experience managing electrical and/or heavy civil construction projects

• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-million-dollar projects

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Solid understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management
  
  

• PE license

• Design-Build or DBIA experience

• Experience working on public agency projects (DOT, MTA, DEP, etc.)

• OSHA 30 certification
  
  

• Competitive base salary ($150,000-$200,000, dependent on experience)
