CSG are partnered with a leading manufacturer of Food products, who are searching for a Production Manager in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities:
- Set up the production line and ensure all safety guards are in place before starting.
- Confirm all materials are available for the day's production and monitor any product or material loss.
- Supervise employees on the line, ensuring they follow safety rules, wear proper PPE, and adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Train new employees on line positions and safety procedures, and provide guidance as employees rotate roles.
- Communicate any equipment issues to maintenance and any quality or labelling concerns to QA.
- Complete required paperwork accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Manage timely changeovers when needed.
- Report unsafe conditions or acts to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are followed and escalate issues beyond your control.
- Support production of safe, high-quality products.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a must.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and operate different equipment on the production line.
- Ability to train and guide others.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
- Forklift operation experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Work in a plant environment.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (accommodations available if needed).
- Perform tasks that involve stooping, kneeling, reaching, and using hands/wrists for machine adjustments and computer operation.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed.
