An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Practice Leader to drive the growth of a leading environmental services mining practice across the US. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on shaping strategy, winning work and building long-term industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and advance the national mining market strategy and growth initiatives.
- Lead market-facing business development efforts to expand their mining presence, leveraging deep client relationships and new market opportunities.
- Drive sustained, profitable growth of the mining portfolio by originating, shaping, and expanding complex opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor on permitting, closure and environmental strategy
- Collaborate with internal leaders to build and sustain a national bench of mining talent, including succession planning.
- Represent the business as an industry leader
About You
- Extensive mining industry experience (permitting, water, remediation) within the US.
- Strong track record in business development and programme delivery
- Established industry relationships and reputation
- Leadership experience within multidisciplinary teams
