Duties

• Lead and supervise glazing crews on multiple construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately
• Monitor daily site activities, conduct quality control inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Manage procurement of materials, including glass, aluminum framing, seals, and related components, ensuring timely delivery
• Oversee budgeting processes related to labor, materials, and equipment costs; track expenses against project forecasts
• Utilize construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid for accurate cost projections and resource planning
• Supervise subcontractors and team members, providing guidance on work methods and safety procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections using tools like ohmmeters for electrical checks or other relevant testing equipment
