Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure)
Location: Hybrid, Texas
Employment: Permanent or initial six-month contract
Curently looking for an experienced, software-focused DevOps Engineer. You will work closely with software developers to improve application build, testing, release, and deployment processes.
The organization operates across cloud and on-premises environments, with Microsoft Azure as its current priority.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Automate software builds, testing, releases, and deployments
- Support cloud-hosted and on-premises applications
- Manage containers and virtualized environments
- Implement Infrastructure as Code
- Develop automation using Python or Go
- Integrate security and vulnerability testing into delivery pipelines
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security
- Produce testing, vulnerability, dependency, and observability reports
- Collaborate with software engineering and infrastructure teams
- 7 years of DevOps, platform engineering, or related experience
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure experience
- CI/CD pipeline development and management
- Software-development and deployment processes
- Python or Go scripting
- Containers and Infrastructure as Code
