We are looking for a Team Captain-Night Shift who will:
- Manage Workload to meet contractual SLA’s
- Work with production staff to ensure all processes are being followed correctly
- Serve as the focal point to give detailed explanations on the intricacies of an insert machine and what it takes to process an order
- Handle daily assignments, issues and situations in the absence of the supervisor.
- Take the lead in the success of the department by advising on new products and/or product enhancements or improvements
- Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Inserting.
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Have the experience to assist with training new hires as business needs dictate.
- Willing to work a 12-hour rotating shift 6 PM- 6 AM and meet or exceed attendance expectations. Be willing to work overtime if needed.
- Can successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- Are proficiency in English in a business environment.
