Position Summary
The Support Analyst provides technical support for desktop applications and PC environments while delivering a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and motivated to solve problems efficiently in a team‑based environment.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting PC software and desktop applications
- Previous help desk or technical support experience
- Working knowledge of PC operating systems
- Familiarity with SQL and Microsoft products is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks from multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem‑assessment and problem‑solving skills
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
