This is a full-time on-site role for a Contact Center Representative located in Lake Charles, LA. The Contact Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, resolving member inquiries, and addressing any issues related to accounts. The role involves promoting CSE Federal Credit Union products and services, ensuring member satisfaction, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
