What You'll Do
As the Human Resource Manager, you will:
- Lead, develop, and oversee HR policies and procedures company-wide.
- Manage compensation programs, job descriptions, and performance evaluation systems.
- Direct employee recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention strategies.
- Administer employee benefits, handle claims, and ensure cost-effective coverage.
- Oversee compliance programs including EEO and affirmative action reporting.
- Counsel employees and managers on employee relations and organizational policy.
- Maintain accurate HR records, participate in leadership meetings, and spearhead improvement initiatives.
- Train managers and supervisors on HR best practices and legal compliance.
- Evaluate and implement HR information systems.
- Perform other related duties as required
What You Bring
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of employee relations, safety, training, and legal compliance.
- One of the following:
- Bachelor's degree 5 years of HR experience
- Master's degree in HR 3 years of HR experience
- 9 years of HR experience with no degree
- Or a comparable combination of education and experience
- SPHR certification preferred
